Founded in 1887, the brewery is located in Tosa Yamada Town, Kami City, about a 30-minute drive northeast of Kochi City. This area has long been a hub of commerce and industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, the fifth-generation owner, Kosuke Arisawa, personally leads sake production as the master brewer, working in close partnership with his wife to support the brewery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
