Authentic Sushi and Sake Pairing Dinner: Experience the Essence of Japan with a Japanese Sake Specialist “Sake Prince” at a Luxurious Dining Setting

Immerse yourself in a three-hour sake and food pairing experience, set in a luxurious sushi restaurant, boasting an exceptional selection of sake from seven different regions across Japan. This curated experience is designed to take you on a gastronomic journey from east to west without stepping foot outside.
Uniquely, this event delves into the history of the towns each sake originates from, offering an unparalleled level of engagement not found in typical inbound events.
Our sake expert, known as the Sake Prince, will provide insights on the nuances of pairing sake with food, and you’ll also learn about the foundations of sushi culture and the brewing processes of miso, soy sauce, mirin, and more. We’ll further explore Japan’s rich fermentation culture beyond sake.
In addition, you’ll gain insights into the city of Nagoya: its history, its connection with Ieyasu Tokugawa, and its unique charm. Our aim is to spark an interest in the attractions of Nagoya and Aichi.
