We recently had the pleasure of hosting NIIZAWA SAKE BREWERY at our Sakura Sake Shop headquarters in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, as part of their nationwide Journey of Fresh Stock Rotation.

Their commitment to rigorous quality control is the driving force behind the global recognition of renowned sake brands like HAKURAKUSEI, ATAGO NO MATSU, ZANKYO, and REIKYO. One key aspect of this dedication is maintaining all products in a -5℃ environment, ensuring they reach consumers in their freshest form.

But their commitment doesn’t stop there. Through their Journey of Fresh Stock Rotation, they visit affiliated stores across Japan, checking for out-of-season or older products and replacing them to maintain top-quality standards. This ensures a perfectly balanced sake for every season—refreshing in summer and rich in winter.
